Quick wedding card

My friend, the same one who has asked me to make a baby card, asked me to make a congratulations card for her brother who got married.I was asked to do them on a Friday afternoon, to be picked up the next morning. So I woke up on Saturday morning and did it, but given the fact I was short on time, I am quite pleased with it, I just hope my friend liked it too!I have used cuttlebug swirl embossing folder, and Anita's peel offs. The gift image is actually the negative of a peel off image, I have used masking tape to pick it off and rubbed it back on a piece of card. Well, I surely didnt invent this but I cannot remeber where I have learnt this for the first time, maybe cardmaking and papercraft magazine under the tip section or the do crafts website!!!Anyway, its a great tip!
The congratulations word is from a wording set from Tanda stamps.

I have done an insert with an A4 paper folded into half, then punched the border with the fiskars border punch and stamped some words from the See D's stamp set(words).

Oh..I've managed to whip up an envelope as well!

  4. Thank you. Honestly I felt it is not a lot, maybe I enjoyed doing it a lot. I have embossed the card(using Big shot), and only stamp is the congratulations word, and the rest are peel offs. I then layered them and thats why I said it is quick one. When I do stamping and colouring and chalking, thats when I take a lot of time because my artistic side gets in the way and I tend to have a control work! But cardmaking should never be stressful, it should be fun, always!
